Refund policy

Pick up orders for merchandise (excluding Holiday Decor and Spring Flower campaigns) will be held for a period of 90 days from the date of order. Unless you contact us to make other arrangements, after the 90 day period, your order will be returned to stock and no refund will be issued. Your payment will be deemed a restocking fee.

 

All purchases are final sale. Exchanges at the same value will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
